Soon is designed around local project data and Apple platform services.

Project contents

Soon stores project data locally on the user's Mac. Personal sync and collaboration use the user's private iCloud storage and Apple CloudKit. INYO Systems does not receive, host, or read project plans.

Advertising, tracking, and analytics

Soon v1 does not include third-party advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or analytics SDKs.

Purchases

StoreKit purchases are handled by Apple. Soon does not process payment card details directly.

Feedback and bug reports

Feedback and bug forms are optional. When submitted, they send the text you provide, optional contact information, request metadata, and optional attachments to support@inyosystems.com. These forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-abuse verification and may send the verification token and network metadata to Cloudflare for that purpose.

Avoid attaching confidential project data unless you want support to review it.
